Overview
You can delete your Jbus Entertainment account at any time, or delete specific data while keeping your account. We provide multiple options so you can choose the method that works best for you.
Delete Account In-App
For apps that support account creation (such as Noteloom AI and Player Hub), you can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the app and go to Settings or Profile
- Tap Account or Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot delete your account in-app, or if you need assistance, you may request account deletion by contacting us. Please send an email to support@jbusentertainment.com and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The app(s) for which you wish to delete your account
- A clear statement that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
We will process your request and send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Delete Specific Data Without Closing Your Account
If you want to remove certain data while keeping your account active, you can do so depending on the app:
- Notes and content: In apps like Noteloom AI, you can delete individual notes or clear all notes from within the app (Settings or within each note).
- Usage and cache data: Many apps offer options to clear cache or reset local data under Settings.
- Other data: For data types that cannot be deleted in-app, email us at support@jbusentertainment.com and specify which data you want removed. Include your account email and the app name. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete
When you delete your account:
- Your personal data (email, username, profile information) will be permanently removed from our systems
- Your content (notes, progress, achievements) will be deleted and cannot be recovered
- Timeline: We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of your request. Some data may be retained for longer where required by law (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention)
Account deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again in the future.
